Uh, no. BCU was supposed to play AT SC state that day (you know, where the storm ACTUALLY WAS at the time). And UCF/Tulane was a Friday night game. They had to make a decision 24 hours earlier than everyone else- and with both teams having a common bye week in November, that was an easy call to make. Miami, FAU, and USF apparently had no trouble obtaining said state personnel. Try again.
