Chris Wright must have had higher expectations than actual Vol fans! Hot seat, lol... He's increased in wins every year that he's been in Tennessee. You're way off... Geez?!
PEOPLE... Geez... You have to accept the fact that Appalachian State is a fairly decent football team. You have to accept the fact that coming into 102,000 people can make you play way over your head sometimes regardless of whether or not it's an away game. Did they read their own press clippings? Yes absolutely they did. But Appalachian State could beat at least four opponents on most SEC teams schedules. They could beat your two non-conference games and could beat Vandy, Kentucky and possibly Missouri... and could probably hang with the likes of Southern Cal over the last couple of years. Don't count out the Vols after one game. They have to make some adjustments for sure, but they have progressively gotten better every year that Butch has been at Tennessee. They were a 9 win team last year that could have easily been an 11 win team if it weren't for the guys wearing the headsets that game. Poorly managed football.

People of Georgia. Listen up and listen good. Remember what happened when Tennessee let Fulmer go? Seven years later and we're still clawing our way back up. He was 150-50 as well. Don't do it. Leave the man alone and let him coach. You won a title in 82... What are you trying to return to?
