One problem facing the Hogs is the unenviable position of "Loser". At college level, it's uniquely difficult to attract the caliber of player suitable for SEC competition, but remarkably more so if the school is in a "losing pattern"! Ironically, the same is true in the Head Coach search! True, it will require enough time to allow the new coach the necessary steps to create the team that is capable of competition at the SEC level. Arkansas has gone through some really tough times; seemingly just within the last ten, to fifteen years. What's even more strange is those tough times seemed to have at least one common thread: COACH-CENTERED misbehavior! Obviously, such is not the case with Coach Morris. I have the utmost respect for him and I do feel he is doing his best. My question:. Is HIS best enough? Perhaps...hopefully we'll get a positive demonstration of the answer to that next year!
