If ANY fan of any school is dumb enough to think they are not providing incentives to the players then I truly feel sorry for the people around you. Leo and Kobe both have lied to investigators. Leo told three different stories and both of their families have even stated they were lying. Kind of bad when your own family that was with you on your visits said they never received any items from Rebel Rags. Georgia has a gridiron society along with many others that provide incentives to players for signing with Georgia.
