This is probably the dumbest thing I’ve read. So dumb in fact, I had to create an account just so I could tell you how dumb it is. None of those traditions you listed could impact the game, other than the cheer, which is something every teams fans can do. States tradition of cowbells(artificial noisemakers), are something only they can do and it can have an impact on the game because the fans can’t follow a simple rule of not ringing them when the opposing offense is over the ball.
