Yeah, if you do some fact checking, Josh has accounted for quite a few TD's. He may not be the best downfield passer you've ever seen, but the touches he has created puts him in the top 5 in school history at the very least. Pretty sure he actually holds the record for rushing yards and rushing touchdowns for a QB at Tennessee.
Also, as a current student of UT, the tuition is going to go up a little every year regardless of what the athletic department does. Most of the funds going towards this are allocated due to a surplus last year.
Its almost like people don't know what a joke is.
