If one year negated the entire body of work of a coach, Nick Saban would just be an average coach that lost to a 3rd string QB and a washed out former SEC coach. Cameron will do better with his QB's this season.
You want some cheese with that whine?
Well, Alabama did not repeat as SEC champion in 2012
Yeah, I'd really like to know which team accomplished more than this LSU team, even without winning the National Championship at the end.
Where you can perform as well as legendary RB's Mark Ingram and Trent Richardson. It's a new NFL. RB's don't go 1st round, especially RB's with the mileage Alabama products have.
LSU lost to Penn St. in 2009. Penn St. had to forfeit later.
Read a few comments, and now I'm depressed. Someone just died, forget the atheist-Christian debate.
Or maybe it's just the generally accepted way our society has of comforting someone after a loss, especially if we have no personal relationship with them. If you think this is something being pushed in to your face, you're gonna have a bad time in life.
If LSU would have a rival, A&M is more of a natural fit. The two fanbases interact on a daily basis, with a large alumni group of each in Houston. There are a lot of similarities between the school and respective alumni/fanbases. Ole Miss is an old rivalry. As an LSU student, I never felt we had any real rivals, but the Auburn and Florida games always had huge implications, and more recently, the Alabama game.
No. Adams did not leave the ground, and you can clearly see his shoulder make impact.
Really? My comment here gets moderated, but his Katrina comments are okay?
It looked to me like helmets struck before his shoulder did, and he clearly launched. Maybe he had intent on making a dirty hit, maybe he was just frustrated, maybe the helmet to helmet was accidental, but you can't make a tackle like that, he knows better.
You have nothing to apologize for. This is a sociopath, who, coincidentally, may be an Alabama fan. That has nothing to do with the university, or the state.
Give them no allowances. These tweets are an act of terrorism.
McCoy dances a little more, that's for sure, but Fournette's playstyle isn't quite like Peterson's. Lacy might not be a bad comparison.
I'm cautiously optimistic about our passing game. We've got too much talent (incoming, returners, and coaches) to be incapable, but whoever starts at QB has to get comfortable throwing to whoever starts at WR.
You know, they always draw the comparison between Adrian Peterson and Leonard Fournette. And I understand the comparison as far as how much they've been anticipated, but they're different running backs. Peterson is more of a violent, north-south runner, but Fournette is more of a cut guy, almost like McCoy.
