Agree for the most part, except Patterson isn't leaving TCU. He's the last coach in America with any sense of tenure. They love him in Fort Worth and he loves it there. My fiancee is a grad and he's staying put. On top of that, twice Auburn backed up a dump truck full of money to Fort Worth and gave him the keys and he turned it down.
Bro ease off the pipe; state didn't even score 20 on Auburn... What makes you think they can do better against the best defense in the country?
The fact of the matter is that if TAMU is going to become relevant at all, they have to start winning at home against half decent competition. Since joining the SEC they have beaten two teams in college station that went on to a bowl game... state in 2013 and this year. For a school that's supposed to have a great atmosphere they have to build a winning atmosphere at home.
