There is no way an undefeated SEC champ is left out of the playoff. Too much attrition will happen among the other undefeated teams who have to play each other for there to be 4 undefeated left and leave UGA looking in from the outside. And right now, UGA is the only team left that is undefeated. That said, you’re absolutely correct that the SEC could be left out if our champ has even 1 loss.

The "true story" is that Ole Miss has a culture of argumentative disrespect, and they are not good enough to have earned the . Trachsel needs to get control of this. It has been going on all year, and Autumn Gillespie is the biggest offender. She has no self-control. She lacks dignity. She represents her program and her school with classlessness that is unbecoming, and the whole team has taken on that persona. The only other team in the country that has a similar reputation is Arizona State, and it's not a good look.

I was thinking the same thing @natan. Crap flows downhill, and Dan Mullen is the most classless, jackass coach in the SEC. It’s no surprise his player has taken on his character (or lack thereof).

It’s for sure dependent on body position. The earlier play that cost Auburn their defender was similar. I don’t like the rule because It assumes mal-intent with the harshest punishment, but to the letter of the rule as it stands. both the auburn guy and the Georgia guy were guilty.
