I think Alabama's defense will do a good job but I still think LSU wins but not because of Daniels or the WR duo. Mason Taylor converting 3rd and longs several times will eventually wear the defense out.

WKU tried to go out to some of the more well-heeled boosters in the community to raise $4 mil to keep Willie Taggart after they beat UK a few years back and couldn't raise it. I would say all of the SEC schools (save maybe Vandy) have at least 2-3 single boosters who could write that check and not bat an eye. Not that Vandy's hurting for money (endowment). They just choose not to spend it on football.

Lighten up, Francis. WKU is not in the same realm as SEC football. It doesn't seem to matter lately who the opponent is for UGA although OSU scared the hell out of them. No denying the schedule is weak though and I wonder if that will ultimately hurt the Dawgs when they get to December and start facing teams that can punch back. I'm not sure they don't get clipped in Knoxville.

Sometimes a player comes along that's so good though that the other team knows what's coming and still can't stop it. I think Bowers has that kind of skill set. I think this kid could play any position on either side of the field except the lines.

No way LSU's not one of the top 5 in the country. Bama - could be #6, could be #2. Neither would surprise. I think the Vols are not top 5 but they're better than 11. A&M's my sleeper this year. Would not be surprised at all to see them win the West.
