You did not address how to reopen campus. Without the ability to do that, like say open the athletic dorm, you will not have a football season. And it does not look like anything close to that is going to happen by September.

Football will not start until students return to campuses. And there is no way that can happen without massive improvements in testing. I would imagine that to open a dorm, all of the residents would need to be tested before moving in, and would need follow up testing as the semester moves forward. And that is before administrators take on the task of hosting 50,000 non students from all over the country for a game weekend. It sucks, but it is what we have to deal with.
