The Florida Gators have a talented freshman quarterback in Emory Jones, though it appears they want to redshirt him this season.
However, he appeared in his third game of the year on Saturday against Idaho, and he immediately made an impact, leading a scoring drive and throwing his first-career touchdown pass.
Jones had a 15-yard run on the drive and then had this eight-yard toss to WR Josh Hammond, who made a nice play to get in the end zone:

That was the first, but certainly not the last, touchdown of Jones’s Florida career. He’ll throw plenty more and add a few with his legs as well, most likely.
Florida is routing Idaho 49-0 at halftime in their final home game of the season.
