Darnell Washington makes best catch of NFL Combine
Darnell Washington got to show teams just how special of a threat he can be in the passing game during Saturday’s NFL Scouting Combine showcase.
The former Georgia tight end made the catch of the day during the drill portion of his workout in Indianapolis.
OH MY, DARNELL WASHINGTON.

Could Washington be a pass-catching superstar in the NFL?
Washington is coming off of a 28-catch final season at Georgia, logging 454 yards and 2 touchdowns. He could put up bigger numbers as an NFL tight end.
Next Gen Stats shows that Washington’s Combine measurements compare favorably to one of the greatest tight ends of all time, Rob Gronkowski.
Darnell Washingon’s size and speed profile is comparable to former All-Pro TE Rob Gronkowski.

It’s not fair to ask any rookie to be “the next Gronk,” but NFL teams will see a future superstar in Washington. He showed Saturday that he has the freakish athleticism to be a matchup nightmare, and the hands to make big-time catches.
Still not gonna talk about how Stetson Bennett absolutely showed-up a couple of “first round” QBs at The Combine today? Yet again?
SBIV making a lot of people look really stupid
Matched Will Levis’s arm strength, threw 100% on perfect, deep balls, and literally breezed to a 4.67 40. Nothing to see here.
And they ain’t even get to see his dead leg juke

If only Kirby Dumbs could develop players …
Another 5-star that wasted away in Athens GA …

Some Crackhead
If Brock had not come on the scene, the noise Darnell could have made in the SEC . . .
Dude is a freak and I’d love to have him on the Dolphins roster. That said, this is not a catch. Second foot is clearly out.
Let’s stop the game for 20 minutes and review it 50 times.
Limiting the time on those reviews would surely speed up the college game like the NCAA wants. The refs are afraid that they’ve missed a call=reviews/reviews/reviews. In the review time, look at it twice, make the decision and play the game.
I think the real problem is that you have to have a commercial before the review and a commercial break after the review.
