The Los Angeles Rams are 3-1 through four games and have been one of the biggest surprises of the NFL season so far.
A big reason for their success has been star RB Todd Gurley, who has been dominant on the ground this year.
Gurley, a former Georgia star, now has 362 rushing yards and 234 receiving yards (to go with seven total touchdowns) this year, putting him in elite company:
Todd Gurley joined Jim Brown & Emmitt Smith as only players in NFL history w/ 575+ scrimmage yards & 7+ TDs in team's 1st 4 games of season.

Gurley has 596 yards altogether, and obviously, anytime you’re on a list with Smith and Brown, you’re doing something right.
After a breakout rookie season for the then-St. Louis Rams, Gurley struggled last year as a member of the Los Angeles Rams.
If the Rams are going to continue being a surprising playoff contender, Gurley is going to need to keep dominating.
It’ll be interesting to see how the Rams use him the rest of the season.
