Georgia fans were calling for Jacob Eason to play during Auburn game

In a totally unexpected turn of events, the Auburn Tigers were blowing out the No. 1 Georgia Bulldogs on Saturday afternoon, running wild against the SEC East foe.

Georgia freshman QB Jake Fromm struggled mightily during the game, dealing with pressure from Auburn’s defense and inconsistency with his arm.

Fromm was 8-for-19 for 133 yards early in the fourth quarter, which caused many to wonder why backup Jacob Eason wasn’t getting a chance to play. Eason got hurt in Week 1 and Fromm took over, but the sophomore is healthy once again.
