Georgia lands commitment from elite RB prospect Kenny McIntosh
With Georgia having a running back spot open in its 2019 recruiting class, the first place the program seems to often look for an elite tailback is South Florida. The program successfully lands so many outstanding running backs from the state, they may as well start calling it Georgia South.
Following in the footsteps of Sony Michel and James Cook, the newest Sunshine State running back prospect to commit to Georgia is four-star 2019 prospect Kenny McIntosh. The Fort Lauderdale native is rated as the No. 10 running back and the nation’s No. 185 overall prospect by 247Sports Composite Rankings.
McIntosh’s pledge gives Georgia a total of 18 commitments for the 2019 recruiting class and keeps the Bulldogs holding firm with the No. 3 recruiting class in the country for this recruiting cycle. McIntosh is now the 11th-highest rated commitment in the star-studded class.
McIntosh announced his decision with the following message on Twitter:
Glad to be 110% committed #GoDogs🐶 @DellMcGee @KirbySmartUGA pic.twitter.com/USXh44upy1

Congrats Georgia!

JJ and Najee!! GG bulldogs GG…
Add BR to that list too.
I’ll save my excitement for signing day. After the last two de-commits we had, I’ll wait.
You are wise to do that. I’m not implying this guy will not sign with Georgia, but who knows with today’s high schoolers. I wonder if the fact that he was not their first choice will mean anything to him in the long run.
Good feet, good speed, power, balance, and vision….looks like a very good back and a welcome addition to UGA…
Can he score from the 2 yd line? W/ a healthy GA offensive line we should be pounding the crap out of the ball w/in 5 yds but we can’t get any push w/ everyone hurt. Need a big back to truck some folks
I think the reason he was their first stop after Emery Jr. was his impressive size.
