Missouri gave the Georgia Bulldogs everything they could handle on Saturday, and ESPN commentator Paul Finebaum sees it as a warning for the defending national champions.

“I think they are vulnerable,” Finebaum said on the McElroy and Cubelic in the Morning show on Monday. “What I’m impressed with Georgia is that they’ve been tested a number of times now, and they passed. But this is in no way a stand-alone team that is not unbeatable. We know that.”

“This has happened too many times,” Finebaum added. “The psychological makeup of this team, the buildup, the way it’s coached, I think, is quite good. But they are vulnerable this weekend.”

Georgia faces Ole Miss (8-1) next, a team that has a 5-game winning streak with wins over Texas A&M and LSU. The Rebels’ lone blemish came against Alabama, 24-10, on Sept. 23.

“I like Georgia in the game, but [Ole Miss head coach] Lane Kiffin is the guy that sometimes is the most dangerous,” Finebaum said. “In big games, Lane Kiffin has had some bizarre moments this year, especially the Alabama game.”

“But he’s also capable of throwing a perfect game, and if he does that, Ole Miss will be in it at the end,” Finebaum added.
