Freshman running back Zamir White went down injured at Georgia fall camp on Saturday, and it’s been reported that he’s sustained a torn left ACL. The injury comes only nine months after White tore his right ACL.
It was a sad day for Bulldogs fans, many of whom took to Twitter to share their reaction to the awful news regarding White, who will be out for the season.
Here’s some reaction from those Georgia fans and others in the college football world:
My heart absolutely breaks for #ZamirWhite. To tear your ACL this close to the season…. jeeez. Fought so hard to come back from the first tear. #GoDawgs

Absolutely hate to hear that Zamir White tore his other ACL. The post scrimmage presser was hard to watch. Coach Smart was sick for the kid. Keep your head up @zeus1_34! Wish you a speedy recovery. #GoDawgs
