The undefeated Georgia Bulldogs made a powerful statement on Saturday afternoon in Jacksonville, beating SEC East rival Florida 42-7.

After the game, which saw the Bulldogs improve to 8-0, second-year head coach Kirby Smart was feeling good about himself and his team.

As you can see in the video below, Smart jogs around the Georgia half of the stadium, tipping his visor to the Bulldog faithful while also giving one fan a leaping high-five:

After a win like that, it’s no surprise that Smart was in such a good mood. That mood likely only improved when he got back to the locker room and watched as Ohio State completed a comeback against No. 2 Penn State.

That means the No. 3 Bulldogs may end up being the No. 2 team behind Alabama when the first College Football Playoff poll is released on Tuesday night.

If that happens, more celebrations may be in order for the Bulldogs.
