Several Kentucky Wildcats are leaving for the NBA Draft, and coach John Calipari’s squad also lost big man Sacha Killeya-Jones to transfer.
Killeya-Jones, who is a North Carolina native, was looking at a few ACC programs closer to his home town of Chapel Hill, where the North Carolina Tar Heels play.
However, on Tuesday afternoon, SKJ announced he was going to commit to the NC State Wolfpack for the 2018-19 season:

Killeya-Jones was a 5-star prospect coming out of high school, but he didn’t quite catch on at Kentucky, averaging 3.2 points and 2.7 rebounds in 48 games the past two years.
SKJ will have to sit out this season, due to NCAA transfer rules, but he’ll have two years of eligibility remaining when he takes the court again in 2019-20.
