On Friday, it was revealed that Kentucky freshman Johnny Juzang was entering the NCAA transfer portal.

Juzang, a 4-star recruit from California in last year’s class, appeared in 28 games and averaged 2.9 points and 1.9 rebounds per contest during the 2019-20 season.

Now, he’ll try to find a new school to play more at, and Kentucky big man Nick Richards is confident Juzang will find success wherever he goes:

Plenty of teams will have interest in Juzang, who showed some prowess as a shooter during his limited action this past season.

Will he end up at another SEC school, or will he transfer closer to his California home? We’ll find out as the offseason progresses.
