Kentucky football’s chief of staff was reportedly arrested over the weekend.

According to a report from Kentucky.com, Dan Berezowitz was arrested on Sunday and faces assault charges:

Fourth degree assault is a Class A misdemeanor under Kentucky revised statute 508.030. A person is found guilty of fourth degree assault when they “intentionally or wantonly” cause physical injury harm to another person, or “with recklessness” cause physical injury to another person using a weapon or instrument.

Kentucky confirmed it knows about the incident, but did not issue further comment as of right now.

Berezowitz has been on Mark Stoops’ staff since Stoops landed at Kentucky in 2013.
