Ed Orgeron praises Patrick Queen, simplified offense in LSU's win over Rice
Ed Orgeron checked a lot of boxes in LSU’s 42-10 win over Rice, including clearing his bench and watching everyone from seniors to young players get in the game.
QB Joe Burrow passed for 307 yards, a career high, and he was relieved by Myles Brennan, who entered in the third quarter. Brennan, who hadn’t played previously this season, can still redshirt.
Entering next week’s game at Texas A&M, Orgeron was pleased to see more confidence on offense.
