Former Murray State commit following Matt McMahon to LSU

Cornelious Williams will play for Matt McMahon after all. The center out of North Carolina announced his commitment to LSU on Thursday.

On Tuesday, Williams backed off his pledge to Murray State, where McMahon was previously the head coach.

A Hickory, North Carolina native and Moravian Prep product, Williams is listed at 6-10, 195 pounds. According to his 247Sports profile, Williams has 16 scholarship offers and is rated 3-stars, the No. 15 North Carolina product and No. 50 center in the class of 2022.
