LSU will have several players featured in the upcoming Super Bowl LVI between the Los Angeles Rams and the Cincinnati Bengals.
On the Rams’ side, you have Odell Beckham Jr. and Andrew Whitworth. On the Bengals’ side, you have Joe Burrow, Ja’Marr Chase and Tyler Shelvin.
On Monday, Burrow shared a story about the LSU brotherhood running deep. He said that, while he was rehabbing his ACL injury in Los Angeles, Whitworth took him under his wing. He said he even spent his birthday at Whitworth’s house:
Joe Burrow says when he was rehabbing his ACL in L.A., he didn't know many people so Rams LT Andrew Whitworth took him under his wing (both were rehabbing). They watched games together on Sundays. Burrow spent his birthday at Whitworth's house.

Of course, Whitworth and Burrow weren’t teammates at LSU. Whitworth is one of the oldest players in the NFL at age 40. Burrow is 25 years old.
But, it’s cool that the connection to LSU was enough to bond the two players together while they rehabbed from injuries.
