The Cincinnati Bengals own the No. 1 overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, and many expect the team to select LSU QB Joe Burrow with that pick.

However, after LSU co-OC Joe Brady went to the Carolina Panthers this week, could the Panthers trade up to the top spot to reunite Burrow and Brady?

On ESPN’s “Get Up!” on Thursday morning, insider Adam Schefter said he thinks there is a way the Panthers could get up to the No. 1 spot:

“You’ve got the Dolphins with all this ammunition, you’ve got the Chargers that need a quarterback,” Schefter said. “You’ve got the Panthers who have Joe Brady — Joe Burrow’s former passing came coordinator at LSU. So, there are any number of options of teams that aren’t that far away that if they put together a package that was attractive enough — sure, why not?”

The Panthers currently have the No. 7 overall pick. Moving up won’t be easy, but if they think Burrow is a franchise quarterback, it could be worth the price.
