Devin White made a big play early against Auburn on Saturday. Then, the LSU linebacker impersonated one of his opponent’s all-time greatest players — Cam Newton.

On a fourth-and-1 at the LSU 15-yard line, White came up with a big stop on an Auburn run play, forcing a turnover on downs. It was a great play by the Tigers linebacker that prevented Auburn from scoring early.

After making the stop, White then did Newton’s “Superman” celebration that the former Auburn quarterback frequently did following touchdowns, which he has also continued during his NFL career with the Carolina Panthers.

However, it came at a cost for White, as he was flagged for an unsportsmanlike conduct penalty on the celebration.

LSU led Auburn, 7-0 early in the second quarter. It would be a huge win for the Tigers if they’re able to keep up their strong play and knock off the No. 7 team in the country.
