Star WR Odell Beckham Jr. gave a wide-ranging interview this week with ESPN’s Josina Anderson where he said he couldn’t rule out Eli Manning as the problem with the New York Giants offense.

Against the Carolina Panthers on Sunday, Beckham used a trick play to pass for a 57-yard touchdown to rookie Saquon Barkley, who streaked the final 30 yards, and skipped over a defender for the score. The former LSU star, who doesn’t have a receiving touchdown yet this season entering the Carolina game, also admitted he wasn’t fully comfortable with his role. He has had two 100-yard receiving games this season.

It was the longest play of the season for the Giants, and the famously outspoken Beckham will no doubt share his thoughts on how the play helped jumpstart the offense. With Manning at the end of his career, and the never shy Beckham able to voice his opinions, this will be an issue to follow throughout the season.
