Kris Abrams-Draine is officially moving on from Missouri football and heading to the 2024 NFL Draft.
Abrams-Draine led Missouri with 4 interceptions this season. He also recorded 51 total tackles, 2.5 tackles for loss, and 1 forced fumble in 13 games played.
Here’s what the Tigers defensive back had to say about the decision:
“First, I thank God for blessing me with everything that is upon me. Thank you to my family for being here throughout my colleg journey and helping me make a decision on my future. I would like to thank Coach Drink for believing in me when no one else did,” said Abrams-Draine. “I also would like to thank Coach Baker, Coach Pouge, and Coach Russell for pushing me to become a better player and person. Throughout my four years I’ve made friendships that will last a lifetime. I am grateful for the love and support from Tiger Nation. With that being said, I will declare for the 2024 NFL Draft.”

Eli Drinkwitz led Missouri to its 1st 11-win season since 2014 this year. The Tigers capped things off with a 14-3 win over Ohio State in the Cotton Bowl. The Mizzou defense was a stout unit in 2023, allowing the 5th-fewest yards per game (336.1) in the SEC.
