Missouri earned a major recruiting win on Thursday night.

The Tigers landed a commitment from 4-star wide receiver Jayvan Boggs. He chose Mizzou over programs like Georgia and USC, to name a couple. Boggs was also previously committed to Ohio State, but backed off of that pledge back in March.

Boggs is a huge pickup for Mizzou in the class of 2025. He’s the No. 211 overall player and the No. 24 wide receiver in the country for the class of 2025, per 247Sports Composite rankings. He’s also the No. 29 player from the state of Florida.

Boggs took an official visit to Missouri last month. He also made trips to USC, Georgia and UCF prior to making this announcement. His offer list also includes programs such as Oregon, Washington, Texas and South Carolina, amongst others.

He attends Cocoa High School in Cocoa, Florida. He’s listed at 6-foot, 200 pounds.

Mizzou now has 13 commits in the class of 2025. Boggs is the third highest-ranked recruit who is currently in the fold. Missouri’s 2025 recruiting class currently ranks No. 23 nationally, per 247Sports Composite rankings.

Here are some highlights from Boggs’ high school career:
