Punishment announced for Mizzou RB Damarea Crockett following marijuana arrest
Following star RB Damarea Crockett’s arrest for possession of marijuana on Sunday morning, the talented freshman was swiftly punished.
On Monday, first-year coach Barry Odom said Crockett would be suspended for the season finale against Arkansas this weekend, as an in-season arrest triggers an automatic one-game suspension:

This weekend’s suspension against Arkansas should be especially tough for Crockett.
In addition to missing the final game of Mizzou’s season, the freshman is a Little Rock, Arkansas, native, so he’ll miss the rivalry game against his home-state team.
