The Florida Atlantic Owls are no strangers to poaching talent from the SEC, and it appears they’ll do so once again.
According to a report from college football insider Brett McMurphy on Saturday morning, FAU has named a former Mizzou deputy AD as its now athletic director.
McMurphy tweeted that Mizzou’s Brian White was given a promotion and will take over as FAU’s AD for the coming year:

White has also held positions at Army, Tulsa and Louisiana Tech, but this will be his first AD job.
He was with the Tigers for three years, but now he’ll team up with Lane Kiffin and the other FAU coaches to lead the Owls in 2018-19 and beyond.
