Alabama redshirt freshman quarterback Blake Barnett is preparing for a heated position battle with competitors Cooper Bateman and David Cornwell in the coming weeks, but at least he’ll have one less thing to worry about before heading back to the gridiron.
On Monday, he announced on Twitter that he’d proposed to his girlfriend, Maddie Peterson, a pro surfer.
