Auburn coach Gus Malzahn continues to round out his staff.

Earlier today, Malzahn named Wes McGriff as the team’s co-defensive coordinator and secondary coach. Now, Malzahn has a new linebackers coach, and it’s former Auburn linebacker Travis Williams.

Williams, who played for the Tigers from 2002-05, was also a graduate assistant and defensive analyst for the school.

He was named to the All-SEC team during Auburn’s unbeaten 2004 season, leading the team in tackles during the 13-0 campaign, and earned the honor again in 2005.
