Auburn linebacker Owen Pappoe gave Penn State quarterback Sean Clifford a “welcome to Jordan-Hare Stadium” moment.

On Penn State’s first drive, Clifford was scrambling on a 3rd and 8 play, and Pappoe absolutely hammered Clifford. The Penn State quarterback looked like he got rattled on the hit, but he stayed in the game. It was a clean hit, too.

The Nittany Lions then went for it on fourth down, and they didn’t get it. Auburn took over the ball on downs at the 50-yard line and it led to a field goal.

Auburn leads Penn State 3-0 with over 8 minutes left in the first quarter.
