Carter is considered to be the No. 268 player in the nation in the 247Sports composite rankings. He’s also considered to be the No. 5 player from the Volunteer State in the Class of 2024.
Carter is considered to be a pretty heavy Tennessee lean. He unofficially visited Tennessee on Sept. 24 and holds a prediction from 247Sports’ Steve Wiltfong to commit to the Vols.
Tennessee currently has 3 commitments in the Class of 2024; Fringe 5/4-star ATH Jonathan Echols, 4-star CB Kaleb Beasley and 3-star DL Carson Gentle.
