CBS bracketology expert on Alabama: ‘There is no point in considering them’ for NCAA Tournament

Heading into the SEC Tournament in St. Louis this week, the Alabama Crimson Tide are ice cold, having lost their last five games.
That means Avery Johnson’s squad is going to have to make a deep run in the tourney to have a chance to make the NCAA Tournament.
However, on “The Paul Finebaum Show” on Monday, CBS bracketology expert Jerry Palm said he doesn’t think the Crimson Tide are anywhere near the March Madness bubble at this point:
"I don't even have Alabama on my bubble at the moment…they're not on my board. They don't have a good enough record to make the NCAA tournament right now. There is no point in considering them" – @jppalmCBS pic.twitter.com/xWuTQzhNcn

ESPN’s bracketology currently has the Tide as a No. 11 seed, and the last team in the tournament field. That means they’d have to play in Dayton in the First Four bracket.
Based on Palm’s comments, though, the Tide are on shaky ground, and may need more than one SEC Tournament victory to work themselves back into the field of 68.
