The game turned out to be a tremendous battle with Alabama trailing for most of the first three quarters before rallying to win 30-24. Bryce Young threw three touchdown passes.
With Georgia and Tennessee most likely to make the College Football Playoff, Alabama’s win put it in line for one of the New Year’s Six bowl bids.
