ESPN radio host T-Bob Hebert proposed an interesting replacement for Jimbo Fisher should the school for whatever reason decide to pony up the $86 million in buyout money to fire him this year.

Hebert said the Aggies should make Ole Miss’ Lane Kiffin say no.

“If I was A&M and I had all the money in the world, I am making Lane Kiffin say no,” Hebert said. “Look at what he did coming back up at FAU, suddenly where now he’s gotten Ole Miss to top 10 in the country… I know it sounds really crazy.”

It’s not the worst match in the world, but it isn’t exactly likely either. Kiffin has a good thing going at Ole Miss and the Aggies job isn’t exactly attractive given the current state of their program. The Aggies do have the money and facilities to make something like that happen though.

To be honest, A&M just doesn’t seem like Kiffin’s style. What do you think?
