With fall camps opening around the country this week, NFL.com draft analyst Chad Reuter is taking a close look at the 25 college football programs with the most NFL-caliber talent heading into the 2016 season.
On Monday, he ranked his No. 21-25 teams — and today he dropped 16-20. Five out of the 10 currently listed are SEC programs, and that number should continue to rise as Reuter finishes his rankings throughout the week.
Here they are, ranked in order:

24. Georgia
23. Arkansas
22. Oregon
21. Oklahoma State
20. Stanford
19. North Carolina
18. Auburn
17. Ole Miss
16. Florida
