College football game delayed by hovering drone

College football games don’t get much weirder than the Pac-12 night games. That’s why the popular “Pac-12 After Dark” phrase was born, after all.

Well, Washington’s beatdown of Stanford in Seattle on Saturday night may not have been the most entertaining game, but it did have its share of wackiness.

As you can see below, the game was actually delayed for a bit in the fourth quarter due to a hovering drone:

We’d make a joke here about fans being desperate to see the game but not having the Pac-12 Network, but this game was widely available on FS1.

If any fans should have been trying to get a feed from a drone, it would have been USC and Oregon State fans, as their game was relegated to the league network no one seems to have on their televisions.
