College Football Playoff announces star-studded roster of performers for championship weekend

The College Football Playoff championship game will be held on Jan. 8 in Atlanta, at the new Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
During “Championship Weekend,” Atlanta will be rocking, with several incredible musical performers set to play at the event.
As you can see in the announcement from the College Football Playoff Instagram account, Jason Derulo, The Chainsmokers and Darius Rucker will headline the incredible weekend of music in downtown Atlanta:
Which teams make it to the final four remains to be seen, but Alabama is No. 1, Auburn is No. 6 and Georgia is No. 7. Whichever of those three teams wins the SEC title will almost certainly be heading to the Playoff, and the SEC could get two teams in potentially.
Whoever makes it to the final game of the year is in for a treat, though, as that lineup of music is incredible.
