Alabama remains outside Top 10 in latest AP rankings

There wasn’t much to complain about defensively for Alabama during Saturday’s 34-0 win over Louisiana-Monroe.

It took nearly two quarters for the Warhawks to move the chains and the Crimson Tide’s front seven dominated an opposing offense that was out-muscled at every position.

The victory wasn’t enough however to impress poll voters as Alabama stayed outside the Top 10 at No. 13 in Sunday’s Week 5 Coaches Poll.

Running back Derrick Henry scored his eighth touchdown of the season and has now reached the end zone in nine straight games dating back to the 2014 campaign.
