Dallas Wilson sends fiery message to Florida fans after big win over Texas

Florida snapped a 3-game losing streak in an impressive fashion on Saturday night, knocking off No. 9 Texas 29-21 in The Swamp.
After pulling off the upset vs. the Longhorns, the players were extremely animated while celebrating with the home fans in Gainesville. Wide receiver Dallas Wilson played a key role in the victory with a pair of receiving touchdowns and sent a fiery message to the Florida faithful after the game.
“Yo Gators Nation this means everything, man,” Wilson said. “You see what’s going on? You see how the fans react when we win? Man, let’s go. Let’s just keep going, keep winning.”

The 6-foot-3 freshman finished with 6 receptions for 111 yards. Wilson caught a 13-yard touchdown in the second quarter to extend Florida’s lead to 17-7. Then, Wilson pushed Florida’s advantage to 29-14 with a 55-yard score with 38 seconds left in the 3rd quarter.
Overall, Florida racked up 457 yards and moved the ball well offensively against a Texas team that came in second nationally in points allowed (7.8).
Florida will aim to keep the momentum rolling when they travel to take on No. 6 Texas A&M next weekend.
