LSU coach Ed Orgeron revealed his plan to shuffle around the offensive line for this week’s matchup against Utah State. However, Orgeron didn’t explain why starting left tackle Saahdiq Charles is still out.
The Tigers coach announced in his Thursday press conference that Ed Ingram will start at left guard and that Adrian Magee could start at left tackle.
“He’s done everything right and has lost weight,” Orgeron said of Ingram.

But naturally, stating Magee possibly starting at left tackle prompted the question of what’s going on with Charles. Orgeron didn’t say, again repeating, “Magee could start at tackle.”

Regular starting LT Saahdiq Charles has missed two games as a coach’s decision.

Charles will be missing his third game if he doesn’t play Saturday.
