Missouri has been dealing with some issues on the injury front lately, with one of the biggest being star wide receiver Luther Burden’s leg injury that he suffered against Florida earlier this month.
In a recent meeting with the media, Tigers head coach Eli Drinkwitz said that Burden was still nursing the injury and that more would be known about his status moving forward based on how the day’s practice plays out.
There’s a more optimistic outlook for several other players who have been injured as Drinkwitz indicated that linebacker Chad Bailey, cornerback Kris Abrams-Draine and wide receiver Barrett Banister were all probable.

Coming off of an open date, the Tigers will face Vanderbilt at Faurot Field on Saturday at 3 p.m. CT. Both teams are still looking for their first conference victory past the midway point of the season.
