ESPN’s College GameDay will visit South Dakota State for the first time in the pregame show’s 27-year history. On Friday night, football analyst and former Indianapolis Colts punter Pat McAfee revealed on Twitter that he will be the episode’s guest picker.

Check out his reaction upon hearing the news ESPN was inviting him to South Dakota State in the video below:

McAfee is from Pittsburgh and went to school at West Virginia before punting for the Colts. He made the All-Pro team in 2014 and two Pro Bowl appearances in his career.

He’s a highly entertaining personality and rising star in the media world, but McAfee is an interesting pick to represent South Dakota State. Usually, the guest picker is someone from the school or state. Apparently Colts kicker Adam Viniteri, who is a former teammate of McAfee’s, was too busy. Viniteri is from Rapid City, SD, but the Colts do have a home game Sunday afternoon against the Denver Broncos.

Regardless, McAfee should be a great guest picker for an episode of College GameDay that should be very memorable because of the unique location.
