With a couple different big matchups looming in the coming weeks, the top five remained the same in the ESPN SEC power rankings after Week 9.

LSU and Alabama took care of business against Auburn and Arkansas, respectively, to stay ranked in the top two. Meanwhile, Georgia and Florida, the next two ranked SEC teams on the power rankings, were off with bye weeks. Because of that, all the change in the SEC power rankings came at the bottom this week.

But it will be different in November. This Saturday, Georgia and Florida will meet in Jacksonville while LSU and Alabama will square off the following weekend in Tuscaloosa.

The SEC will see another top five power rankings matchup on Nov. 16 when Georgia visits Auburn. There could be plenty of changes on top of the conference’s power rankings after that.

For now, the top five stayed the same as last week’s. Here are ESPN’s full SEC power rankings heading into Week 10:

  • #1 LSU
  • #2 Alabama
  • #3 Georgia
  • #4 Florida
  • #5 Auburn
  • #6 Texas A&M
  • #7 Kentucky
  • #8 Missouri
  • #9 Tennessee
  • #10 South Carolina
  • #11 Ole Miss
  • #12 Mississippi State
  • #13 Vanderbilt
  • #14 Arkansas
