Florida changes end zone color scheme for Alabama matchup at The Swamp

After improving to 2-0 with a road win last week, Florida returns home this week looking to continue its strong start to the season. However, its competition will be much tougher.
On Saturday, the No. 11 Gators are welcoming No. 1 Alabama to Ben Hill Griffin Stadium as both teams will be playing its first SEC game of the season. It has the potential to be an exciting matchup, especially if the Gators keep things interesting and possibly put themselves in position to pull off an upset.
With this game being among the biggest of Week 3, there are sure to be a lot of eyes on this matchup at The Swamp. Perhaps that’s why Florida has decided to dress up its field a bit for the occasion.
It was revealed on Wednesday that the Gators’ end zones have some fresh paint, featuring an orange background and blue text. And with only 3 days until the game, things are looking nice:

If Florida can take down Alabama, it would be a huge statement victory. The Gators have lost their past 7 meetings with the Crimson Tide.
This is the first time the schools are playing in the regular season since 2014, and it’s the first time they’re playing at The Swamp since 2011. Florida’s most recent win over Alabama came in the 2008 SEC Championship Game.
Florida and Alabama are set to kick off on Saturday at 3:30 p.m. ET on CBS.
