The Florida defense has struggled mightily under DC Todd Grantham through 3 games this season.

However, the Gators have had a couple of weeks off due to COVID-19, and now they’re getting a bit healthier at the right time, too.

On Monday, Florida fans likely noticed talented DL Kyree Campbell tweet out that it was “good to be back,” seemingly indicating that he’s ready to play again:

Gators insider Zach Abolverdi tweeted that Campbell had indeed been cleared to play on Saturday against Mizzou:

It was never revealed why Campbell missed the first 3 games of the season.

In 2019, Campbell played in all 13 games, recording 39 tackles (4 for a loss) and 1 sack. He also had 1 forced fumble and 1 fumble recovery.
